SO WHY THE DECISION TO GO GLUTEN FREE?.....
We do like to be inclusive and due to a member of the family being in the 'coeliac' category, whereby unless we prep their meals separately to avoid any
cross-contamination and cook separately they simply
can't eat here....
Some people require gluten free food and drink ONLY,
but some then have bigger health issues (coeliacs) and require
their meals to be prepped and cooked separately to
avoid cross-contamination where-by one crumb can
leave them ill for months and needing medical attention.
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we endeavor to prep your meals
on a separate bench and cook meals in a separately
fryer that has had NO gluten products in it, we cannot 100% guarantee the final result.....we wish we could!
